Each One Teach 1 Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit community-development organization based in Tazewell County, Virginia. We work to strengthen rural Appalachian communities by advancing affordable housing, community development, health and recreation, education, and economic opportunity.
We believe strong communities begin with the fundamentals: a safe and stable place to live, healthy neighborhoods, opportunities to learn and work, and places where individuals and families can connect and thrive.
As our organization grows, we are expanding our focus on affordable housing and community-development initiatives responsive to documented local needs. Our developing housing strategy includes opportunities that may serve low- and moderate-income households, veterans, seniors, working families, individuals requiring accessible housing, and other qualifying residents experiencing housing challenges.
